Returns and refunds accepted.
Make sure that you contact us on rickedra@cox.net first, then call 619-788-7039. All requirements and timelines:
- Reason for returns, codes, warranties or exchanges
- The customer is required to contact Hallmark Collectible by calling at 619-788-7039 providing your name, address, phone number and signature for auditing and filing purposes.
- We will offer returns and/or refunds if your item was damaged, sent the wrong order, changed mind or if the seal on the packaging was not opened before returning.
- Timeframe in which we can accept returns is 30 days after your purchase.
- When can you expect a refund, within 45 days.
